Please have PtHANM Entry Forms (one form per horse),
PtHA Master Entry Forms (one form per horse)
and Class Cards (one card per class) filled out prior to coming to the show.
Don't forget your Membership Cards & Pinto Registration Papers
This will make the show office less busy and will expedite faster entries at the show.

Also you may pre-enter by mailing your Entries
